House of Hope believes in the gender equality. Our name and our values define who we are as an organisation and shape our organisational behaviour. They influence our every action and interaction. We are a support centre, dealing with clients from any gender equally. All our staff are expected to live these values on a day to day basis, and they should be, and have been, reflected across our business planning and daily practices.

Our values underpin our strategy and business plans. We recognise that while domestic abuse, poverty and unemployment can be experienced by a range of people, women are the victims in many cases.

We are extremely proud to have attracted several fund sources to run projects that involve women and girls, and we are becoming their favourite.
